Wild Meraki Returns Policy

At Wild Meraki, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Damaged, washed or soiled items will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- If you ordered the wrong size or item, you are responsible for both the return shipping costs and the delivery fee for the replacement item.
- If we sent the wrong item or if your order arrived damaged, Wild Meraki will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.

3. Refunds
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Please check your bank or credit card statement first before contacting us about a missing refund.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please email us at wildmeraki@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.
